Physical fitness and regular training are as important to your golf game as having the right equipment. Strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training as well as mental preparation all work together to help take your game to the next level. TPI Golf Fitness Program
Physical limitations can make it difficult if not impossible for students to accomplish what they are attempting to do in their golf swing. We have partnered with the Titleist Performance Institute to offer our students the most advanced golf fitness program available. Our detailed screening process allows us to identify physical limitations and then correlate these findings to an individuals swing tendencies. We then offer a detailed golf specific fitness program designed to address these limitations.

Beyond equipping you with golf-specific fitness and training exercises, Kent can also work with you through golf lessons and club repair.
